In case you hadn’t noticed, Miley Cyrus is pretty protective of her relationship with Liam Hemsworth.
But the engaged singer took particular exception today when Perez Hilton insinuated that she was up to no good with Ed Westwick, reporting that the two were spotted together last night and speculating as to what that could possibly mean.
According to a series of indignant tweets from Cyrus, not only was she not (nor has she ever been) anywhere near the Gossip Girl star, but Perez had best “not f–k” with her personal life.

“what happened to your promise to spread love not lies,” she picked up the train of thought. “And to be a decent human being with values and morals??? Dude u ask for people to respect you and your relationships I demand the same thing.”
The still-stricken Cyrus reminded him, “@perezhilton you’re the first one to write about my engagement and my wedding and how happy u r for me and the first to try to tear my life. Respect, love & compassion are mandatory.”
Winding down, she added, “@perezhilton hope this message finds you happy and healthy” and “@PerezHilton feel free to ask me whatever u want but I can’t tolerate lies. Thanks for understand. Blessings x.”
Perez responded by gleefully posting a screengrab of all of Miley’s tweets, seemingly satisfied that nothing is going on between her and Ed Westwick.
